La Beduina Tours Platform is aimed to customers who will experience a personalized experience when choosing their travel plans, which may be customers and Tourism Agencies as users who use our services and travel itinerary options, including the customers of the Agencies.

For this reason, we may collect some data from Customers and their preferences and interactions carried out on La Beduina Tours Platform, including registration data entered by users, always taking into account the preservation of privacy.

This page aims to inform the ways in which we ensure privacy and establish the rules on the collection, access, use, storage, transfer, enrichment and elimination of data collected from Customers during the use of our Platform, in addition to recording their activities. in accordance with the laws in force in Jordan.

    2. Under no circumstances shall the Agency submit data of its Clients that do not have legitimacy, under penalty of termination of the Partnership Agreement, indemnifying those who cause damage and exempting La Beduina Tours from the burdens arising from any judicial or administrative claim

    1. We are not responsible for the veracity of the information provided by Customers or  for its outdatedness, when it is your responsibility to provide it accurately or update it.

    1. The data collected from Customers may be used by La Beduina Tours for the following purposes:
      1. Identify them appropriately in order to process your requests for information regarding the roadmaps and other information;
      2. To administer, provide the services and fulfill the obligations arising from the use of our services and products.
      3. Respond appropriately to your requests and inquiries;
      4. Keep your records up to date for the purpose of contacting you by telephone, instant communication applications, e-mail, SMS, direct mail or other means of communication;

      3. Pages and screens accessed by Customers on La Beduina Tours Platform;
      4. Dates and times of each Customer's action on La Beduina Tours Platform, in addition to the access they make to the pages and screens of the tools and functionalities they use;
      5. Information about the device used by Customers, such as: operating system version, device location, browser, among other installed applications and software;
      6. Session and User ID, where available.
    2. We may use other technologies to collect Customers' browsing data, which includes, but is not limited to, cookies, web beacons, and JavaScript features. However, such technologies will always respect the terms of this Privacy Policy and the choices of the Customers regarding the treatment of the data.
  5. ACCESS TO La Beduina tours  SOCIAL MEDIA
    1.  Customers will be able to access the content of the La Beduina Tours Platform by clicking on the respective social media buttons.
    2. La Beduina Tours  Platform does not have access to Customers' social media login and password and  will not publish content on behalf of Customers without Customer taking this action.

    1.
